Refund Policy

Every feature can be tried free for 14 days before you buy, so you know what you are paying for. If Redact Guard still turns out not to be right for you, you can get a full refund.

Within 14 days of purchase

Email support@redactguard.app within 14 days of your purchase with your order number (it is in your receipt). No explanation is needed. You’ll get the full amount back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong. We look at every request.

How it works

Refunds are issued through Polar, which processed your order. After a refund your license is no longer valid, so please remove the app from your Macs.
